AAA Strengthening

“Empowering frontline workers with knowledge and skills is the first step toward building a stronger, more responsive health system at the grassroots.”

Project AAA Strengthening aims to enhance the government health system by building the capacities of frontline workers, including ANMs, ASHAs/CHVs, and Anganwadi workers. The program is designed to improve the quality of service delivery by focusing on both technical competencies and personal skill development. Implemented in the Satara-Khandala Block, this initiative covers 360 government grassroots workers, empowering them to provide more effective and holistic healthcare services to their communities.
