Dr. Kshama Nikam, Chief executive officer

Dr. Kshama is a graduate in Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery and Post-graduate diploma holder in Hospital and Healthcare Management. She is a dynamic and enthusiastic public health professional with 12 years hands on experience in Project Planning and Implementation. She is Chief Executive Officer and responsible for managing mother and child health related programs.

She was associated with Family Planning Association of India in various capacities starting from Medical Officer to Technical Program Manager for 7 years before joining Niramaya Health Foundation.

Ms. Dipti Mathure, Junior program officer

Ms Dipti Gulve holds Masters of Social Work and has worked for over 6 years in the area of Maternal and Child Health. She loves to work with women and children.

She has worked in the field of Mother and Child Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Prevention and Promotion of health care services. Been a social worker she has expertise in grass root level planning, implementation of the program as well as networking and advocacy with Government machinery.

She is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who believes in great work ethics and teamwork.

Ms. Ankita Bhoi, Junior program officer

Ankita has Completed her masters in Social work from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth (Pune) in Family and Child Welfare in 2015, she has 12 years of work experience in the social sector with expertise in Training programs, especially in Life skill education, Sexual and Reproductive health, Gender sensitization. She has also designed and implemented Adolescents Training program modules and booklets for school students.

Ankita’s key skills include program planning and Implementation. She is a certified Master Trainer from UNICEF.

She believes her social work passion that will always encourage her to do meaningful work in the community that will eventually bring about a change in society.

Ms. Diptisha Shinde, Project Coordinator

Ms. Diptisha Shinde is dynamic leader at the intersection of youth development. With a passion for empowering youth and improving their health outcomes, she advocates for inclusive programs that address the unique needs of adolescents and young adults.

She pursued her education in Master of Social work. she worked “Empower youth Initiative” Designed and implemented of workshop and mentoring programs to build life skills, resilience and leadership among the adolescents from diverse background. She also involves in health awareness program. She honored as best life skill educator in west region, 2021 in Magic bus India Foundation.

In 2023 she Joined Niramaya Health Foundation as a Project Coordinator. Through her initiatives and unwavering dedication, she continues to make a positive difference in the lives.

Ms. Dipti Panekar, Project Coordinator

Ms. Dipti Panekar holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from IGNO University and boasts over 16 years of enriching experience in the social sector. Her expertise lies in counseling, advocacy, and facilitating training programs. Throughout her career, she has passionately contributed to addressing a myriad of crucial issues, including community women’s reproductive health, sexual health, gender inequalities, and domestic violence.

Dipti has a proven track record of designing and executing impactful initiatives. Noteworthy among her accomplishments are the development and implementation of Adolescent training programs focusing on life skills education for schools and communities. Additionally, she has spearheaded projects such as the Malnutrition and Anemia Detection and Reduction Program for Adolescents, as well as the Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management Program.

Previously, Dipti served in a pivotal role within her former organization, where her dedication and innovation significantly impacted the lives of many. In 2021, she joined Niramaya Health Foundation as a Project Coordinator, where she continues her mission to drive positive change and uplift communities.
